WHO IS SACMI USA

SACMI USA Ltd. was founded in 1994 and is centrally located in Des Moines, Iowa, to directly serve the ceramic and packaging industries' needs. SACMI USA carries a full line of spare parts and is also the service center for North America's technical assistance.

The original facility was expanded in 2003 to over 80,000 square feet and contains over $5 million in spare parts servicing all customers in North America. It presently houses all SACMI USA operations and its affiliates, Molds & Dies LLC and Hayes Machinery Company.

SACMI USA TENNESSEE BRANCH

To better serve its growing customers, SACMI USA opened a second warehouse location in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2016. This additional location represents its continuing commitment to supporting customers throughout North America.

SACMI USA CALIFORNIA BRANCH

To grow our Customer Support Network on the West Coast, we opened a third location in Merced, CA, in 2019. Our SACMI USA California location supports our Beverage and Defranceschi Customers. Here we provide Technical After-Sales Support and Stock Critical Spare Parts, which has helped increase support and decrease lead times for our West Coast Customers.

With over 14,000 part numbers in stock, our goal is to have the necessary part on hand when the unexpected occurs. SACMI USA is always on call providing 24/7, around the clock emergency shipping service for those critical situations. Through different transport modes, we are capable of shipping packages to arrive the same day.
